We’re currently hiring for multiple positions, with an immediate focus on a Supervisor role.

Featured Opening: Supervisor

We are seeking a dependable, motivated Supervisor to help lead our team, communicate daily job expectations, support foremen and crew members, and represent Heritage Oaks professionally on job sites. This role is ideal for someone who can lead by example, communicate clearly, and help train others while continuing to grow in the landscaping industry.

Supervisor Requirements

• Arrive on time each morning for work
• Limited phone usage unless work-related
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to train with the owner for two months
• Ability to communicate job descriptions to each foreman every morning before departure
• Ability to lift 80 lbs if needed
• Ability to speak respectfully and professionally with clients on job sites
• Ability to train team members who are new or need help with a task
• Willingness to learn new industry products and train team members on job sites
• Ability to improve product recommendations and support increased sales
• Health card required for operations
• Ability to use lawn equipment or be trained on it
• Spanish/English speaking required
